SIGNS OF SUMMER

For
this watercolor we will prepare for the main painting by doing three small paintings
– one of a lupine then a buttercup followed by three daisies all three are done
in some detail. The final painting will be
handled more loosely, will have a soft background and have detailed flowers in
the foreground.
Colors: Permanent rose, ultramarine blue, gamboges
yellow, Prussian blue.
You will also need a plastic water container,
rags (cotton towels are excellent), sketch paper for exercises and note taking
and a hairdryer is also useful.
Class is limited
to 15. If you have any questions call 823-1905 or email ja864@yahoo.com
Cost: $25 (no tax)
New Painters need
not bring anything. I always have paint and brushes you can borrow and paper
can be purchased at cost.
